Mr.Amanullah Khan

President

Mr. Amanullah Khan has more than 45 years of experience in engineering, industrial development,
and international project management. His expertise spans oil & gas, mechanical systems,
rotating equipment, heating & ventilation, solar air-conditioning, and large-scale EPC projects.

He has led numerous feasibility studies including 50 MW Wind Power, Waste-to-Energy,
Oil Terminal projects, and industrial modernization for major refineries in Pakistan in
collaboration with Foster Wheeler USA.

Mr.MAMADOU NDAO

Executive Director / CEO

Mr. Mamadou Ndao has over 30 years of experience in telecoms and network engineering,
having served as design engineer, IT director, operations manager, CTO, and project manager
across Senegal, France, and the United States.

He played a pioneering role in launching the Internet in Senegal with Telecom-Plus and later worked
over 20 years in New York with ISPs as CTO. Since 2017, he has been Director of Operations at WAW Telecom,
leading national-scale deployments of 4G, FTTA, fiber and NOC operations.

Mamadou holds an MS & BS in Computer Science (CUNY – Staten Island, Cum Laude) and a
Telecommunications & Networks diploma from the University of Paris XIII.
He has been associated with ATCO International, Inc. as Executive Director/CEO since 2021.

Mr.ZIA AHMED ZUBERI

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mr. Zuberi holds a Master’s degree in Business (Finance) and brings over 25 years of experience
in the banking & financial sector. He has worked both in Pakistan and internationally with
leading multinational organizations.

He has extensive senior management experience as CFO, including major supply chain and
energy sector projects across global industries. For the last 5 years, he has served as
CFO/CTO at ATCO International, contributing to corporate planning and financial strategy.
